Get to know our local craft spirits industry. Join us for a book release party for Distilled Stories: California Artisans Behind the Spirits, edited by CAPRA Press, on June 14 in our downstairs events space.
To celebrate the book’s release, there will be a complimentary tasting from Sonoma County Distilling Company, Hanson of Sonoma Organic Vodka and Charbay Winery, snacks from Beretta’s kitchen, and the chance to meet distillers featured in the book. Author Shanna Farrell, and Publisher Phil Brodey of Capra Press will also be on hand.

This is a book about the California spirit makers; distillers tell their personal stories about their journey to the still. Some came from generations of distilling families from the old country and others left high tech or corporate careers to pursue a new venture into the world of distilled spirits.
